All Demo returns will be charged a standard restocking fee of 10%.

If the item is used or damaged we can charge additional fees to cover the costs to fix the unit.

All Demo units have a 1 year parts warranty. If there are any parts that need replaced we will ship the parts to you at no cost. Note: the kickstand is not covered under the warranty.

You will receive a Fedex Ground Tracking number within 2 days of purchase and the unit will take 3 to 5 days to be delivered. Some instances behond our control can delay shipment. Weather, etc.

Please note: The Delivery is Signature required and you will need to be home to accept the shipment.
