The return policy is within 30 days of receiving the unit. There is a 10% restocking fee of any returned units with no damage. If the machine shows signs of excessive use we can charge up to 30% or more depending on condition. Customer is resposible for any shipping damage of the item returned. All additional damage if any will be assessed once inspected and tested.
If there is additional damage we will charge for costs accordingly.
